4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within New Zealand. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our products are subject to the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Faulty Products: If a bumper sticker is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at support@keepleft.co.nz within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

6. Product Use and Liability

Keep Left provides bumper stickers for personal use.

Application: It is the user's responsibility to follow the provided installation instructions.

Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keep Left is not liable for any damage to vehicle surfaces, paintwork, or glass resulting from the application, presence, or removal of our stickers.

7. User Submissions

By submitting ideas via our forms, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and adapt your submission for educational content.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
